Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

• Orders of $100 or more qualify for free shipping on eligible items

Some oversized, fragile, temperature-sensitive, or specialty items may be marked as In-Store Pickup Only and are not eligible for shipping.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. However, if your package arrives damaged or appears lost, please contact us and we’ll do our best to assist.
